Nexret cream is mostly recommended in the management of acne, wrinkles, dry, rough patches and tiny bumps on the skin. Nexret Gel contains a potent active medicine called Tretinoin. Mechanism of action of Nexret cream:


Nexret cream is made up of Tretinoin; it enhances the cell division and yield of follicular epithelial cells and trims down their cohesiveness. This results in extrusion of existing comedones and inhibits the development of new comedones. It also causes the thinning of stratum corneum. It helps the skin to renew itself and inhibits redness of the skin.

 

How can Nexret cream be used?


First of all, wash the affected part of the skin to remove excess of oil and dirt. Take a small amount of Nexret cream and apply it over the affected area once or twice a day. It should be continuously applied for at least 6-8 weeks to get a possible therapeutic response.

 

Are there any contraindications of Nexret cream?


The use of Nexret cream is contraindicated under the following medical conditions:

  • Pregnancy
  • Lactating condition
  • Sunburned or abraded skin
  • Eczematous skin
  • Hypersensitivity to Nexret cream or its other components


Are there any precautionary steps of Nexret cream?


  • Avoid the exposure to direct sunlight after using this medicine, so use protective clothing or sunscreen while going out in the sun.
  • It is intended for external use only, so it is advised avoid getting this cream in the eyes, nose, or mouth.
  • It is advised not to stop usage of this cream if the skin conditions get worse for the first 2 to 3 weeks of treatment.
