RIGHT WAY TO TAKE THE MEDICATION-
a single pack of Mircette contains total 28 pills. Among 28 pills, 26 pills are active and 2 pills are inactive. The drug is to be taken daily at the same time.
Begin the medicine from the first day of the menstrual cycle with white active pills or other option is to start on first Sunday after your menses.
21 pills: you have to take one pill in a day on regular basis. There will be no pills for the remaining 7 days. After 7 days begin the new pack.
28 pills: you have to take one pill in a day on regular basis. There will be 7 inactive pills for the remaining 7 days. After 7 days begin the new pack.
WHAT TO DO IN CASE USER FORGETS TO TAKE THE DRUG ON TIME (MISSED DOSE)?
If one active pill is missed on time, then have it as soon as you get recalled. In case it is closer to next dose, have both the doses together.
If two active pills are missed, then take two pills on the day you remember and other two pills on the next day. Then continue with single pill.
If three or more active pills are missed, discard the pack and start with new one.

Overdosing of the drug may cause nausea, and withdrawal bleeding.
